      This is a non smoking facility however you can smoke outside.

       Four rooms on second floor

• Persons per rented rooms: up to2.
• Tv: In livingroom. Plenty of movies to watch.
• Shared bathrooms, one on second floor where bedrooms are and on first floor at the foot of the stairs.
• Home has central air.
• Corporate and multiple room discounts.
• Seasonal rates, see below
• Reservations require one nights deposit or 50%, whichever is greater, and the balance upon arrival.
• Cancelations must be 15 days in advance to receive refund, less $25.00 handling fee.
• 6% state sales tax
• Normal Check-in after 3:30PM and check out by 11:30AM. Will try to accommodate if earlier time needed.
• Prices do not apply to holiday and MSI race weekends, call. 
• No children, we love them but do not have accommodations for them. 
• No pets.

For bed & breakfast $75.00/$100 per night based on double occupancy and includes a breakfast. Coffee, Tea and Pop served any time.
